All programs and personal training can be modified and tailor made to meet your individual or corporate needs. The following are popular packages that have been very successful. Functional Personal Training:We offer 1/2 hour and full hour training sessions. We offer the latest in biomechanics research and train our clients on functional strength and body awareness, weight loss, Golf and Tennis mechanics and other sports specific training. We also offer Pre and post menopausal and pre and post natal training. We also specialize in nervous system training, core stability, post-rehabilitation and balance, especially important in our senior population.
Stretch Therapy: We also offer 1/2 hour, 1 hour and 1 & 1/2-hour Stretch Therapy sessions. We have taken the principles of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching techniques and created an advanced stretching service. PNF stretching is one on one and provides the body with increased joint range of motion, biomechanical manipulation, myofacial release, body awareness, relaxation and pre and post warm up and cool down for sporting activities. It also helps alleviate muscle soreness.
Quick-Start Program: The Quick Start Program is for any golf or tennis players looking to be professionally warmed up and stretched prior to or following an event, workout or competition. It allows you to come in before or after sporting activities to warm up or cool down, aiding in recovery and alleviating muscle soreness.
