All of us were designed to be in healthy relationships with people. We weren't designed to go through changes in life alone. Support and encouragement is imperative with any goals whether physical, mental, Spiritual or any combination by like minded friends, family and/or colleagues. We encourage all of you to implement "Faith in Action" support groups into your churches, schools, businesses, health and fitness clubs, country clubs or homes. Start your own or integrate Faith in action into already existing groups or bible studies. Faith in Action support groups are what facilitate the Courage to Change book and journaling system. There is power in numbers!
